I am nervous/concerned about placing a credit card order over the Internet. Is there any other way for me to place my order?
If you are uncomfortable with placing your order over the Internet, we will gladly take your order by phone or fax. If you wish to place an order over the phone, please call us at our toll free number, (866) 733-0247. Or, if you would like to complete your order using a fax, print and fill out our Order Form, and fax it to (337) 237-0275. Whichever method you choose, our Customer Care Representatives will be extremely helpful in making sure that your phone or fax order is completed with the utmost diligence and care.
Is it possible for me to register with Cards Personalized? If so, how?
Certainly. We welcomed as a new member of our Cards Personalized Family and encourage you to register with us. After your registration is complete, you will be able to reserve important information such as past orders, cards or incomplete orders saved for later, favorite cards, shipping information and many more options. And, since this is your own personalized account with Cards Personalized, no one else will have access to your information.
Does Cards Personalized have some sort of catalog that I can order?
Unfortunately we do not offer a printed catalog. This is because we are constantly maintaining and updating our extensive collection of thousands of unique and creative invitations announcements cards. However, you can see our complete selection of cards by clicking Card Listings.

How long will it take for me to receive my cards, invitations, or announcements?
It is possible for you to receive your invitations announcements cards the VERY NEXT DAY after your order is placed and approved! If you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. central time, we will print and ship the very same day. The actual time it takes for you to receive your package depends on the method of shipping you choose. We offer various types of shipping, including Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Express and Ground shipping (usually takes 5 – 7 days). Also, since we ship with UPS, Federal Express and United States Postal Service (USPS) the actual days it takes to ship are BUSINESS DAYS, not actual days. Is there a minimum amount of cards I must order? If so, what is the minimum?
Yes, we do have a minimum order of 15 cards.
I have a few special requests for my order. How can I let Cards Personalized know about them?
Any special requests, such as making certain words larger, different colors, bolded, or other similar requests can be made by adding them in the “Additional Comments” box on the personalization page.
I am interested in ordering a large quantity of cards. Do you offer some sort of discount for large orders?
The price you see next to the card is the price for an individual card. If you click on the small icon next to the price, “View Price” you will see the price costs for higher quantities. You can also see the discount you would receive based on different quantities, please see our Discount Schedule.
I want to preview my card before I place my order. Is this possible?
It is possible thanks to Cards Personalized’s EXCLUSIVE CARD PERSONALIZATION FEATURE. With our patented personalization process, you can see the font, typestyle, color and size, as well as the general placement of your personalized wording BEFORE you place your order. Can I have a proof sent to me before I order my cards, or will you only send the proof after I place my order?
We will gladly send you a proof of your order AFTER it has been placed. In fact, we will not only send you a proof, but also we will not print and ship your order until your proof is EXACTLY the way that you want it. Unfortunately, we are unable to send you a proof of your order before it has been completed.
I am interested in receiving 10 Cards FREE! How do I go about doing this?
If your order exceeds our minimum amount to be eligible for 10 FREE Cards, you will have the option of adding the additional 10 cards during our checkout process. When you first get to the shopping cart, there will be an option below the quantity of cards you added to the shopping cart, ADD MORE. Simply click this option, and, IF your order exceeds our minimum requirements, you may add 10 cards at no cost to you. Click FREE Cards for more information.
What is included in the cost of each invitations announcement card?
The cost of your invitations, announcements or cards includes the Avon Crest card, set up of your personalization and proof by our trained Proof Department, ink color, typestyle and printing. Envelopes, however, are not included in the cost and will be automatically added at 10 cents apiece.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer several different options when it comes to paying for your order. You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit cards. We also accept payments through Pay Pal. To pay for your order by check, money order or cash, please call our Customer Care Department, toll free, at (866) 733-0247 for further assistance.
How do I know that your site is safe for me to place my order using a credit card?
When you place your order using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover on Cards Personalized, you can be ensured that it is being processed safely through our secure server provided by Authorize. net, one of the premiere and reputable internet credit card processing companies. Make sure to look for the “lock” symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of you Internet browser during check out, and in the internet address at the top should have an “s” in the http. We strongly advise against purchasing anything with a credit card on a non-secure website. Most experts believe making a purchase on-line with your credit card to be safer than giving your credit card to a stranger over the phone.
When will my credit card actually be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon completing the check out process. You will then receive an invoice and receipt in the email account provided to us as well as a proof, if you requested one, within one hour (if your order is placed during regular business hours). Since each order is unique, we charge your credit card as soon as the check out portion of our website has been completed so that we may send you a proof, if requested, or begin printing your order if you have not requested to be sent a proof. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a proof until after your credit card has been charged or your payment has been made.
CARDS, ENVELOPES, AND PRINTING DETAILS
What is the type and quality of card stock used for my order?
All of our cards are printed on white, 80 lb, Avon Crest card stock and are Acid and Lignan free. Card stock of this high quality is able to maintain is beauty and elegance for years to come! Our cards are either printed as landscape (5” high by 7” wide) or portrait (7” high by 5” wide), depending on the image you choose. Also, a large majority of our competitors use 60 lb card stock instead of the 80 lb card stock that we use, so you will be sure to find our cards more durable and much higher quality.
How do I add the envelopes to my order?
When you add your quantity of cards to your shopping cart, the same number of envelopes will automatically be added. The price of each individual envelope is 10 cents. Envelope imprinting is available at .25 cents per envelope.
What quality are your envelopes and what size are they?
Our envelopes that match our 5 x 7 cards are 5 ¼” high and 7 ¼” wide, Avon Crest White envelopes. The envelopes that match our Thank You Cards are Avon Crest White, 5 ¾” wide and 4 3/8” high.
I would really like my return address printed on the back of my envelopes. Is this possible?
We will be happy to imprint your return address on the back of you envelopes for an additional cost on 25 cents per envelope. Envelope address imprinting is only available in black ink and is limited to a maximum of three lines. You can choose to add return address imprinting during the personalization process.
Can I order blank cards without any text? If so, is there a discount for ordering blank cards?
Yes, you have the option of ordering blank cards for 20 cents LESS than the cost of the card shown on our website. You can choose to order blank cards on the personalization page and are located below the box where you enter your personalized text.
What different Ink Colors and Type Styles am I able to select for my cards?
Cards Personalized offers a vast array of Ink Colors and Type Styles. You may choose any Ink Color and Type Style that you please; however, we do encourage you to use the recommended choices of our experienced artists in order to achieve the best results. Also, our professional designers will arrange your text to make sure that the personalized message you have chosen fits on the card with the best results.
I would like to use my own personalized wording. Can I do this, or do I have to use the wording you have chosen?
Our name says it all – At Cards Personalized, we encourage you to use your own personalized message. Although we provide sample wordings on each of our cards and even go as far as to dedicate an entire section of our website to Wording Ideas, they are merely intended as suggestions. We also offer suggestions for Type Style and Ink Color as well. Feel free to use whatever personalized wording you would like, as well as choose your own font, typestyle and ink color.
Is it possible to have my order shipped to a different address than my own?
Certainly. During the checkout process you will be asked for both your billing information as well as your shipping information. This is where you may put the address where you want your order to be shipped, if it is different from your billing address.
How soon will my order be printed?
Your order will be printed and shipped the SAME DAY as long as you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. Central time. Once your order has been printed, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order depends on the method of shipping you choose during the checkout process, ranging from Next Day Air to five to seven days ground.
CUSTOM DESIGNS AND PRINTING
I really like one of your cards, but I was hoping the color or design could be changed. Is it possible for such requests to be fulfilled?
Our dedicated artists and designers will be happy to help you in customizing the design of your card. However, for orders that are LESS THAN 100 CARDS, there may be a slight charge depending on the amount of customization and the difficulty of changing the design. The process of customizing your design can almost always be completed within 2 business days.
I have an idea for exactly how I want my card, but it is not on your website. Do you create custom designs from scratch?
Yes, we will create you a custom design from your ideas free of charge on orders of 100 cards or more. The designing process can usually be completed in 2 days.
Is it possible for you to design a card for my business using my logo?
Of course, we can work with you to quickly create a design for your company using your logo. If you are interested in doing this, please call us toll free at (866) 733-0247 and ask to speak with one of our artists about a custom designed card for a business.
Do you have cards with any other ethnic groups on them?
Since we design and print our own cards, we can make changes to the ethnicity of any card in our collection. If you would like for us to do this, please explain the color you would like in the “Additional Comments” box during the personalization process. Once your order is placed, we will send you a proof to ensure that the skin tone is exactly the way that you want it. Also, there will be no charge for this service on orders in excess of 100 cards.
Can my logo be included on my personalization?
Yes, we will be more than happy to include your logo on your personalized cards. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Customer Care Department at (866) 733-0247.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Is it possible for me to cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you decide that you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at (866) 733-0247. If you decide to cancel your order before the processing has begun, there will be no charge. However, if you decide to cancel your order after the processing has begun, but BEFORE it has been printed, there will be a MINIMUM cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of your order, or $25, whichever is GREATER. Cards Personalized, will determine the exact amount in its sole discretions, based on the amount of work that has already been put into your order.
There is an error in my cards. What is the next step?
If the error is a typing or printing error made by our staff, we will be happy to reprint your order and ship them to you at our expense, free of charge. We may also ask you to send us the cards with errors on the back to us at our expense. However, if the error was caused by you during the personalization process or was missed by you and approved during the proofing process, we will not replace the cards free of charge. Therefore, we ask that you please CHECK YOUR PROOF CAREFULLY, especially for spelling errors and/or wrong dates, phone numbers, addresses, etc. In this case, we will reprint your order for you at a discounted price from the original cost. Except as provided herein, there are no refunds.
Can my order be returned?
Once you have approved the final proof, we will print and ship your order based on the instructions that you have given us. If your order has already been printed and you decide that would like to cancel your order or return your order, there will not be any type of refund granted to you. Returns are not accepted.

Yes! Your order can be printed and shipped on the same day you place your order if you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. Central time. The amount of time it takes for you to receive your packages depends on the method of shipping you choose, ranging from Next Day Air to 5 to 7 days Ground.
What different shipping options do you offer?

Will I be able to track my order once it has been shipped to me?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail the tracking details of your order. The tracking number will be in the e-mail as well as your Cards Personalized account log in information. You can use this number to track your package while it is en route to you. Instructions on how to access your account as well as any tracking information will be sent to you along with the tracking number.
I live overseas/outside of the United States. Will you still ship personalized cards to me?
Yes, we will ship your order outside of the United States, but there is an additional cost to the one shown on our website. Our website prices are for inter continental shipping only. You may place your order as usual using any shipping method you choose and, once your order is completed, we will calculate any additional shipping costs and notify you via email. We will then charge you the difference between the shipping method you originally paid for and the actual shipping costs. Please remember that Cards Personalized nor your shipper can guarantee the delivery time, as it depends on several external factors. Additionally, please be aware that there could be additional charges and fess from the country receiving the goods that you could be obligated to pay.
