While some parents send a photo of their new baby with their birth announcements, others choose to wait until their baby is a little older. The most popular and fastest growing birth announcements are the photo birth announcements cards with a picture or photo. These include photos or pictures with the baby’s details printed on the baby announcement cards. When selecting this style of birth announcement, we suggest that you to be mindful of your camera settings and use a digital picture of at least 1 MB. A photo of your baby or with mom and baby may be added to any birth card on our website.

You can submit your photo or picture to us by using any one of the following methods:

• After completing your order, go to our Home Page, Cards Personalized, and click “Upload Photo”. You will be ask to enter your Order Number, which is shown in the invoice emailed to you after your order is completed, and your zip code. OR

• After completing your order, you can email your photo / picture as a JPEG or TIFF with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. It is not necessary for you to size the image before sending to us since as our designers will make the necessary changes so your photo will fit properly. OR

• You can mail your photo to: Cards Personalized, Attn: Photo Department, 106 Representative Row, Suite C, Lafayette, LA 70508. Your picture will NOT be returned unless you specifically ask that we return it. If your photo is from a professional photographer, we will need a signed release letter authorizing us to use the photo in your birth announcements.
